This TV fit my daughters living room perfectly. Also it was on sale at a very good price.

We are buying a second one for our 2nd family room. The picture and sound are perfect!!

Tv is great has all major apps and loads fast. Been having it for about 5 yrs

The first night it connected just fine and the first full day it was great and well today i woke up and the wifi wasn't connected and it wouldn't connect.. I've tried it several times.. I have to have someone come here to hook it up by the ethernet and hope that won't make me lose performance..

Purchased late 2019, still awesome performance while heading into 2023. Hanging onto this model until she gives out. LG… has yet to disappoint.

I’m using it more than 4 years and works well and smooth.

TV died 4 1/2 years into daily use. Aside from that it was a great TV during that time. Thankful I bought the Best Buy protection and got store credit towards a new TV.

TV was great when it was working, after almost 4 years it died. I would expect it to last longer then that.

I just purchased this tv and I use Spectrum for TV provider. Though fir some reason LG doesn’t offer this as an app. So I have a smart tv and I have to use a Roku stick to watch my cable channels. My Samsung TV offered the Spectrum app.

I’ve only had this TV for three years and the screen went black. When I called LG, they couldn’t help me find a solution to the problem. What’s the point in offering tech support if they don’t know what they’re doing? After looking online, I’ve found this is a common issue customers have with LG TVs.

Bought as a gift and 3 years later it's dead. Did all the usual pointless trouble shooting and nothing. plugged an older tv into cable box and that one works fine. So the tv is dead. Just because these things keep getting cheaper, doesn't mean we should have to buy a new one every few years.

Literally just over 2 yrs that I have had this product and the picture is gone. Sound is playing but no picture. Help from LG gives a set up steps to execute and if they don't work-service needed. Well we know how much service is nowadays.. might as well scrap TV and purchase a new one given cost. Will buy only Samsung from now on....

Bought this for my parents less than 3 yrs ago and the picture and sound went out today. LG not willing to help. They said it’s out of warranty

Junk. Died after only 3 years. Do not buy. Sound was good, but no picture after 3 years. Trash.

Worked great until it stopped working great. At 3 years picture would turn very dark randomly. Now the TV will not connect to the internet, so Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc are useless. I have internet connection issues with another LG TV as well. I contacted LG customer support on that TV and was told that because the TV is out of the warranty period, I was out of luck. This will be the last LG I purchase.

I bought this TV as a gift for my mom in November 2019. As of March 2022, the TV backlight died and we were informed the screen needs replaced for $500+ which is more than the TV cost. I wouldn't buy this TV if you see it anywhere. I feel bad she now has to replace something that was a gift.
