We previously had a LG that has lasted us for 16 years and counting. I just wanted him to have something updated,bigger and with better picture quality for his sports. He absolutely loves it! It really makes his sport programs and older shows pop with the color and lighting effects! It was within the price range I was looking for with a brand we know and love!

I was very surprised when I finally got cable and everything set up that there is no way to use voice command or voice search. Unfortunately it was past the return window or I would have returned it. I couldn’t believe a “smart” tv didn’t have this feature. I’m so disappointed. Also the remote is horrible!! Not only is it tiny but the buttons you use to navigate are smushed between other buttons and very tiny. I hit the wrong ones all the time sending it to other apps and channels. And it doesn’t save your spot when you go back. A big disappointment all in all. I have to go buy a remote now that is more comfortable to use. One star because the picture and audio are ok.
