    I was frustrated with this LG's home screen because it was more cluttered with categorizing. I was able to navigate a little better after going through Edit for each Category and moving my interests to the front, But I kept comparing to my previous platform that had a more simple format and search. I also have Direct TV as a TV provider and it is not an available app. Oops! I did not have this long enough to experience AI.

    I've had non-stop issue with the network on the TV since I bought it. I've tried every suggestion to get it to work, but haven't had any luck. Which is a shame since the TV looks great.

    Can't really say how TV was but the TV arrived via fedex with a cracked screen. I am returning it today, hopefully will get it all sorted.

    There is nothing like an LG television for reliability, sharp images. An LG smart TV is easy to use and it is easy to switch from streaming to regular tv
