Not happy with installation.

However, when Tech moved prior TV to replace another TV, in the new location the prior smart TV does not function as a smart TV. No voice commands any longer, and no streaming services available. Since we have Geek Membership, we expected much better installation service. Very disappointed in Best Buy, since we paid a lot for delivery, and a week later were informed it was free.
