I like the features but after a system update, the screen would go black and I would have to turn off the TV and then turn it back on. Picture quality is good, sound is good, brightness is good,

LG should hire me because I will not shut up about how reliable their TVs are. I have them in each room of my house, I have converted people over to them, and I will continue to prove to people that you don't need to pay stupid prices for labels that have not proven to make good TVs like LG has.
