I AM HOWEVER DISAPPOINTED THAT I PURCHASED THIS FROM BEST BUY. I TRIED TO SEND IN THE WARRANTY CARD & NEEDED THE MODEL # & SERIAL #. I CALLED THE GEEK SQUAK FOR THIS INFORMATION & SHE COULD ONLY GIVE ME THE MODEL # & NOT THE SERIAL #. YOU SOLD ME A TV & DON'T HAVE THE SERIAL #????????? I had to hire someone to move my TV to get the serial # off the back.
