    We've been using this TV a lot for about 3 weeks and it works well. there is one shortcoming that would have kept me from buying it (had I been more careful in researching it): there is no simple way to watch HBO Max, for which we already had a subscription. Had to buy a Roku to solve the problem, so now we have another remote!

      HBO Max is now available in the LG Content Store and is accessible to TVs with a webOS4.0/4.5/5.0/6.0. ^Daphane LG

    Overall a solid product. One shortcoming is the WebOS operating system that does not allow a compatible HBO Max App. Unclear if this is an OS issue on LG's part or if HBO simply hasn't developed one. I have an old Roku I can attach and run from there. But the lack of that specific app, that I use a lot, reduces my rating from 5 to 4 stars.

    Loving my TV. There may be an issue with my internet but the & sound bar & TV are a big improvement are a big improvement! The in store sales staff & the delivery & set up crew were awesome. I never received a chance to evaluate the geek squad who set things up but they were wonderful.
