LG has been a great brand, About 3 months after having this tv we noticed a line on the left middle side going all the way down the screen. its only noticeable if you look for it but still frustrating since its out of the return window.

Great tv, Picture does lose some clarity with dark visuals, but can be adjusted and personalized. one thing, after owning the tv for about 3 weeks, it now takes significantly longer to turn on fully, could be the HDR settings though, as this is used with a PS%

Despite the virus, the associates were very helpful. my husband and we bought a LG 50 TV for him and I got a Dell laptop. Sales associates had knowledge to get the right products for our needs. Excellent customer service. Thank you

I’m obsessed with LG TVs. They are the best on the market. I recommend them to everyone.

The only problem is getting the color right on the newscasts. Color is great on everything else, but no matter how I adjust the faces on the newscasts are a bit faded out. As an aside, the stats did not mention the width from leg to leg so I had to make my own stand.

Got this for my Father for a Father's day present and the upgrade for them was so worth it. TV is easy to use and setup.

Think this is a great TV overall. The visual settings are a little tricky to get the hang of - but probably more user error than an issue with the TV itself and ultimately it looks awesome once you get it set up the way you like it.

We have slowly replaced all of our TVs with LG TVs. Brought this for our master bedroom and it has a crisp clear screen and is very sleek looking. This makes our 3rd set for the house and no complaints here!

I have purchased several LG TVs from Best Buy over the years and this latest one more than met high expectations. Always fun to experience the benefits of the latest in television technology. Also able to purchase at a nice sale price so very good overall experience.

LG TV's are and the wall mounts are very secure the installers were very respective and informative. they clean up and took care of all garbage. I now have 3 LG tv's all from best buy and installed by the geek squad.

For the money we're satisfied with the tv. Color quality Ok - have issues with darkness when viewing some shows/movies but am unable to adjust contrast. No printed or online guide (that I could find) that helps. On-screen adjustment doesn't address contrast.

I have a Samsung Q9 so comparing the picture quality, Samsung wins by a long shot. I bought this so my little girls can have a TV in theyre room and they love it! For the price, it's an awesome TV!!!

Love this television. It’s my 2nd LG. I love it’s capabilities. Everything (streaming services and local tv) is on the tv AND when you download the app, you can control the tv from your phone!!! It’s a great buy!!

Carmon went above and beyond to help set up our smart tv. He was very kind, explained everything to us and even hooked up our cable! We will definitely be using geek squad again if there’s more helpful people like Carmon!,

excellent tv, third LG tv I have had and second 50". since I am older the feature of being able to adjust the audio to more voice than music is wonderful. I do not have to turn up the volume that much

A much better tv than that Westinghouse trash. I highly suggest customizing your picture settings to make the picture as best as it can be as the default settings aren’t the best. Would definitely buy another.

Bought on a Black Friday sale as a Christmas gift to myself and my fiance. Visually beautiful, smart TV that enables my blind fiance to maneuver through screens with voice guidance, easy to hookup and use!

I was happily surprised how much this TV came loaded with. The number of apps far surpassed what I had expected. There was even one that had several cable channels for free. The interface is also very well set up.
