Since she’s elderly, she doesn’t get out much so relies heavily on daily use of her TV.

It has so many of the popular apps already installed on it. I use the Apple AirPlay feature to display what’s my phone or laptop on to the TV screen without any wires.

Any off dead-center viewing angles, the picture washes out/fades/loses color and contrast significantly. Day or night, doesn’t matter. Not good for practical viewing in med-large family room. Surprisingly poor for a backlit TV and the price. I have Sony’s, Toshiba and Samsung that are all way better overall picture quality from all angles. Would not recommend, regret buying this one. I never review, but this is so bad I did.

Has almost all the apps one might need, with the exception of Apple TV and HBO. The remote control is easy to use and has dedicated buttons for Netflix and Amazon Prime, which one would assume to use the most. Lacks Bluetooth pairing and AirPlay drops almost every time we use it. Wish I could fine-tune more of the settings, but for general use in the house, it works. Connects to the internet easily and access a range of IP channels that immediately get you with content to watch.

Assembly went as conveyed to me. They cleaned up and removed packing materials. I was very impressed.

Bestbuy prices more like it

Best Buy website said it was in stock and ready for in-store pick up. I went to the store and 3 weeks later I finally got it....whatever I guess...I didn't complain about it.

Smart functions are different an not as user friendly as with my Samsung. However I am not 100% sure; like I said still trying to figure it all out.

A big issue for me is lack of ability to install some key apps like NBC Sports (or any NBC apps) and HBO Max. Also the remote is awkward to hold compared to others I have used. I returned this LG TV and got a Samsung Series 7 for only $30 more and it is much better in my opinion and experience.
