I really wanted to give the TV a chance however since various streaming services are a part of our daily lives through COVID, I want the TV to provide the convenience of allowing me to access what I would like to watch so I did not find this TV a good fit for me.

Because the tvs no longer have a center stand, I had to find a piece of furniture long enough to put the tv on and it doesn't fit the space as well as my old tv of the same size. Also, the picture cuts off the sides on some channels and I can't find out how to fix this. :-(

There is no way to connect this TV to Alexa. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with LG's overseas "tech support" and they couldn't figure out how to connect it. Maybe previous years versions did, and they never changed the text description, but it is not compatible. I don't have Google home, so I can't speak to that, but I doubt it would work with it either. The only thing on the box regarding compatibility is apple. Aside from that the users manual is online and not searchable. Very uninformative. The menu interface is very unfriendly. Picture is fair. First one I received had a smashed screen, and had to pack it back up and return.
