    From the first day, we had problems with this TV. The picture intermittently went out of focus. I tried fixing the problem by reading the manual, rebooting everything, searching for help online and calling Best Buy. After two weeks, we decided it must be a problem with the TV and we returned it. Best Buy was great about taking it back, refunding our money and helping us select another TV. I don't know if this is a fair rating, because it could have been just a malfunctioning TV, but the Samsung Smart TV we replaced it with is so much better in quality.

    No complaints this is my third Lg Tv and I’ve had no issues at all. My last Lg Tv lasted for over 10 years!!!!
