    The TV had a great picture but the tech was unable to get sound to come from it. After many adjustments and replacing cords it was determined to be defective. He went back and got another TV, same model from same batch and the same issue. This time he could get sound through the sound bar but not the TV. He determined it must have been a bad batch. I sent it back and ordered a Samsung like I had. And no problem. All TVs were brought to my house and set up by a Best Buy tech.
