I could never get the picture quality just right with this tv. And you have to turn up the sound just to hear it. Also the Web platform they use is not user friendly. Save your money and buy a Roku enabled tv.

Feature-rich but crappy refresh rate (only 60hz), resulting in very irritating pixelation during action scenes. Time to get rid of all sub-par 60hz units. All should be 120hz now.

TV started working fine, good pic quality as well. but 3 mths after is turn off tv wont turn back on unless unplug from the power cord then plug back in. (would not recommend)

I'm hoping this tv does not fail me. Good thing I have other sets to watch when I got off work, The app of netflix was not on this set and it took about a week before I could reach the right person for help to download the app.

I highly recommend you go with another brand name and do NOT buy any LG televisions. I used to love LG brand products, but it seems their quality has seriously declined.
Last year, I bought an LG television and the screen died after just one single year. That is utterly ridiculous. I then bought a brand new LG television to replace the one that died. And this new TV has a dead/hot pixel on the screen and the screen occasionally flashes white for a split second before the image returns. It does this all throughout the day. Every day.
Right out of the box, brand new, this new television had a flaw (the dead pixel), and is already experiencing major display issues (the flashing screen).
And this is after my previous LG television's display decided to stop working after only one single year.
I hope someone from LG is reading this. I'm done with your products. I don't know what is going on in your manufacturing process that is making your televisions have incredibly high failure rates, but this is flat-out ridiculous. Two trash televisions in a row. Thanks a lot. I hope you enjoy my money. It's the last of my money you will be receiving.

Bought brand new. Once set up and turned on, there was a grey blotch on the screen. Went back to the store and exchanged for a new one. Came back home, and the new one had a grey blotch as well. Very frustrating!
