    I definitely don’t like the picture quality, don’t understand why would you make a smart 4K with a sauce a bad quality

    Very slow decent quality but you’re better off paying 200 more for an up to date tv

    Very disappointed that we had such a short time to return this. Bought for my Mom and it wouldn’t fit her space. By the time I got over to Atlanta to pick it up and bring it back to Bham to return it was already out of the time window for returns. Absurd given how much I spend there annually!!!

    Picture is terrible. Images are "washed out" and not sharp. I've tried ecery adjustment possible and still no good.

    TV is good but with Roku it sucks. Tv get very slow sometimes it turn off automatically

    I bought my friend a TV for their family because theirs had this blue hue. So Christmas came around and I surprised them with this TV. They opened it up, and the screen was cracked. I felt defeated and deflated. They took it back and got a new one night questions asked. I felt like best buy could have done more to make all parties involved happier but whatever.

    Another Damaged Arrival

    Well, I too decided I'd give my luck a try with ordering this LG 50in TV given the attractive price. Unfortunately I have to join and side with the other reviews. After unpacking the TV and turning it on. Yep, you guessed it. Screen was totally cracked. No picture whatsoever. But given it's shipped in the same box that it would come in had I bought it at the store, I'm not surprised. Of course the screens cracked! I can't believe the original box isn't packed into another heavier duty box for shipping. I'm not too upset since I knew this was a possibility. Returning it of course. Makes you wonder if these reviews are being read given this is still an issue. I wouldn't recommend buying TV that has to be shipped.

    Overpriced for lousy quality

    Just bought 2 days ago. Color and picture resolution are not at all good especially for what I paid. I spent 3 hours troubleshooting on my own and with tech support the color and picture adjustment. No success. LG tech support actually admitted that the quality for this model and size is very low. DON’T BUY!!!

    Nothing but problems

    We've had nothing but problems with this tv so far. Have had to factory reset it twice. It intermittently just doesn't work. I seriously regret not returning it right away, now it seems we are stuck with it.

    I love an LG tv, but I must have got a defected one. It turns off and on by itself. I called Best Buy, but they can’t replace it because they don’t have anymore in stock and won’t/can’t replace it with another LG the same size. I am going to have to return it an buy one at another store.
