    Very poor os. This tv is slow. It has intermittent issues connecting to Bluetooth and apple tv. I would not recommend this to anyone. It’s frustrating when devices do not connect.

    Returned the LG Tv in less than a week. Just did not seem as sharp as other TVs. Bought a Hisense! Blows LG out of the water!

    The TV is excellent. However, right after the return period ended, the screen started flashing and getting green bars horizontally... very disappointed.

    Damaged in box before shipped - LG careless?

    I never got the chance to power it on: the screen had a huge gash in it, like someone took a hammer and whacked it. What is odd is the outer box had no damage. It must have happened at LG factory when originally being packed. That suggests something is really wrong at LG manufacturing: bad employee? Poor quality control? Anyway, I lost any trust in LG because of this. Sad, since this TV seemed to offer a lot of value.

    my smart TV!!!!!!!! literally was dropped on the floor in my front door in a wet weather, 8 hours earlier than it should be, without bothering themselves to contact me or even updating the arriving time on the tracking link, the worst part was the box looked very dirty and like been stored in a damp storage for a while, long story short it was really bad experience, that's not a big name like BEST BUY represents itself and represents a brand like LG, you guys should know better!!!!!

    Stay away from this LG TV. This is the second LG that just stopped working. The first one was 3 years old and I had to through it away. I bought a new LG TV (don't ask me why). The second one just started turning off every 30 minutes or so (3 months old). LG service is no help. I have made 6 calls and I'm still getting the run-around. No tech in my area. I'm still on hold as I'm writing the review. Buy a Samsung

    could not keep this tv. it was damaged on the back side where the mounting brackets were, on the left side. had to buy a new TV and it wasn't this one because I would have had to wait almost six weeks to get it.

    So disappointed I purchased this TV. Cannot get certain local channels with my antenna. Is not compatible with certain APPs particularly ESPN and ESPN plus. Navigating through the APPS that came with the TV is not easy. To be honest I wish I could return it for a refund or other smart TV

    This tv is circa 1999! Makes NO sense in 2020 why a “smart 4K” tv would be this thick! Had the Geek Squad out, and did not see the actual tv until it was mounted on my bedroom wall. Very very disappointed!

    The screen was smashed!

    When the squad started to put the stand on the TV, we noticed that the screen was smashed and the TV unusable. This is day two to replace the replacement that has been going on since 06/01/2020!

    Came damaged. Hard to return/replace

    This TV came damaged and in order to have it replaced I can't do it online but have to come to a store (during the Covid-19 outbreak) to arrange the replacement. This is very frustrating.

    Less than 4 months out of warranty, a pixel problem. Went to many great lengths to rectify problem with no solution. The tv is not worth repair.
