    Very poor off axis viewing, you need to be dead center to get the best picture. Took a LOT of tweaking to get the picture to a decent quailty. I should have returned it, but life got in the way. Sound is ok, nothing to write home about.

    I'm not as happy as i thought i would be!, LG has made it so dang hard to use an antenna on this tv, seems all i can get is the lg channels and they aren't very good as the picture is pretty poor!! No manual to use for this tv either, disappointed in this purchase!!

    Ok tv for the price. Wifi & apps work well. TV screen is sub-par...color fades when viewing from side angle. Expected TV to hold color when viewing from angle, but it shows too much white from that view. Straight on view has very good clarity and color.

    I wish I knew is the TV was worth purchasing

    I have always been a huge supporter of Best Buy, their products and their service was always second to none. My track record of continuous loyalty and support for this company is able to be seen by Best Buy of course. Recently I moved to a new city in a new state and chose to purchase this seemingly (I truly have no idea because it has not been used at all which is part of the heartbreaking process, stay tuned) TV based upon a good bit of comparative diving between television options. I trusted the guides that Best Buy provides in order to compare your options regarding purchases which is a wonderful tool for their company to supply. I ended up having this product delivered and I unfortunately ended up too busy to use the TV since it was delivered, and when I finally was able to open it I was heartbroken to find the screen shattered. This TV sat in the one spot in my apartment that it was delivered to that it collected dust around the box (~1.5 months) and Best Buy will not honor an exchange (I do not want a return I just want to use the TV I purchased) and LG does not cover physical damage.

    Nice functions for a super charged TV. Sometimes you need to think too much to make it do what you want it too. Be careful, sales attempted to upsell and include Best Buy's membership program without my approval.

    LG Reaches and Falls

    I am returning this TV this weekend. I bought this because it has Bluetooth. But that advantage is outweighed by the negatives. Issues: Can't adjust color settings like you can on every other TV/Monitor on the planet. Home page is loaded with crap I will never watch and no way to remove it. No way to watch PBS. Must sign away your first born to use the TV. I have never seen so many license agreements on any technology I have ever used. And of course, the most ridiculous remote ever made. The technical problem of getting a hand held device to point to a specific spot on a TV screen was solved in the 1980s. That LG cannot make this work in 2021 is embarrassing. If you could turn this off and just use arrow keys would have been acceptable, but you can't. There are times when you must use this cumbersome method and times when you will not be allowed to.

    save up little longer and get a SONY. I was not impressed at all. I returned it. It kept freezing up while on amazon prime and also had intermittent blurriness

    It's just ok. I bought a 55" version of this same model and it was great, but the 50" version had white areas in black back grounds.

    I cannot access PBS Passpoprt.... why? This is a streaming app supported by Public Television. Why wouldn't this be available?

    The LG picture quality looked great in the store, but when mounted on the wall in my apartment the picture quality was poor.

    The TV was awesome for a week & a half, BUT then has started having glitches. We've tried every possible solution & nothing has fixed it. We have another LG in a different room that we've never had problems with, which is why we bought this TV. We'll be returning it for a Samsung!
