Posted .We regret learning that your LG LED 4K UG Smart webOS TV is experiencing lag. Clearing its cache is one of the best ways to make it better. Similar to a computer, a TV keeps data in a cache so that it doesn't have to load it every time you use it. This cache may eventually fill up, slowing down your TV's performance. Ideally, this will be useful, and you won't need to send your LG TV back. Please get in touch with our LG Social Support team on Facebook or Twitter using the handle @LGUSSupport and include the model and serial numbers of the TV because we are always happy to assist you. ~Rita

It loses WiFi connectivity
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m not sure what the issue is, hoping the next time Geek Squad comes they will be able to fix the set so it recognizes the WiFi and doesn’t go into blank mode which makes it unusable

Fool me once shame on you
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv to replace my comparable Samsung model. The remote sucks - buttons are too small, slow to respond and layout design doesn’t make sense. the OS layout sucks and requires constant updates of apps. Took a chance on LG won’t do that again - back to Samsung.

Best Buy Customer service is the absolute WORST
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV was in very good condition. It did not have a remote in the box and it should have. I was online with a customer service rep who told me to go to any store and they would fix it. That did NOT happen. I went to the store and they said they would refund me the amount in order to purchase a remote at the store. That was a lie. I never got the refund, so I purchased a remote from Amazon. Literally the WORST customer service with Best Buy, but again the TV was fine.

Run don’t walk.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv is fine but if you need to use WiFi, it’s worthless. I have gigabit fiber. A 6e mesh point About 8 foot away from the tv. The tv buffers, doesn’t see network, sometimes takes 5 minutes for lock onto the WiFi. Was never able to watch a show or movie without it buffering 3 or more times. We stream and over the air, no cable. So if internet doesn’t work I’m down to a few locals. I returned it and the salesman told me it’s a common problem with LG TVs. If you use WiFi for the smart part of the tv, go with Samsung or Sony.
