Super cold and not that load. The cleaning the filters is simple.

Our server room kept overheating, so we needed a back up and this is it. Works great.

Very good for a big bedroom or two bedroom if apartment is railroad but I wouldn’t use for a kitchen if you cooking dinner you’ll still be hot or sweating I recommend a window unit 15,000 BTU must stronger, all depends on the size of your place..... over all great Portable air conditioner.

works exactly as reviews said. it's not as cold or as quick to cool down room as a window model. turn it on a little early and it cools down room just fine.

Arrived damaged, instead of replacing it they sent a repairman out, 2 years later with relatively little use, failed again, out of warranty. And oh by the way the smart part never worked right, could not stay connected, poor execution.

I’m really glad to bought this portable AC. Very easy to install I finally enjoy my time in summer specially at night. The only complaint is kind bulky and it’s our way. No big deal. Totally recommend it.

I bought it at a good price by price-match, but it was arrived with torn package here and there. I called a customer service for return as it looked like a return/open-box item, but after checking the unit and confirmed it worked fine, I kept it as it would take a long days to get a new one in this hot weather.

This air conditioner works great but the cord is really short.

Quieter than most, this is a good unit for smaller areas.

This unit is super noisy and does not cool bigger areas at all. I thought I saw a review that said it had a smart feature, but it does not. It just has an app that you can use like a remote control to turn it on/off, etc. It is super heavy as well. It is not worth the money unfortunately.

I have had mine for over a year. I use it to cool my bedroom at night and it works GREAT and does not use much energy.

Works very well, little loud but not horrible. Venting has fallen off a couple times, in which blows extremely hot air. That’s my only worry and reason for one less star
