I can't connect my dvd player because there's only a few ports at the back. I have to unplug the cable box before I can plug in other devices. HDMI port is okay when your other devices are also HDMI

The sound is not as good as a samsung tv. Although I got it for $499.99 on Black Friday, I expected better than the picture quality it offers. It is not 120hz. Also 2 hdmi ports are not enough.

The only substantial negative is that there are not enough input/output connections. It's a hassle to disconnect one device in order to use another. Everything else is satisfactory.

It's a great tv. 55" it's look small when you hang it in the wall. But picture good and you need to get a sour round system with it and a smart DVD box to enjoy it more ..

Purchased tv for kids in basement, didn't care about lack of features. Can hook up media player to turn it into a smart tv.

Bought this tv on black Friday. Good deal, picture quality not great but still ok. Only 2 hdmi outputs

this unit is not a top liner but for the Price and size, it's well worth the purchase

Overall it is a decent TV, I may need to wall mount it to get better value

Got this for what I thought was a steal on black friday. Turns out though that it's not really 120hz, and the picture really wasn't that great...the colors weren't very good, nor were the blacks...ended up getting and keeping a Samsung 46" instead with a 60hz refresh rate but superior picture.

Disappointed in picture quality. Not a TRUE 1080p 120hz...

Nice basic picture with good sound. It hung easily.

This TV was advertised as having 120hz refresh rate. It absolutely does not have 120hz refresh rate. It is simulated using a 60hz panel. Do not buy this TV. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! And shame on Best Buy for advertising this TV and not standing behind what they advertise. I bought a TV from Sam's Club. And guess what? It's exactly as advertised!!!!!!

worth keeping at Black Fri prices. Not a high quality set. Sort of a no frills tv.

It says it's 120hz which is false. When you set it up it says it's 60. I called and was transferred to an Lg Rep. He said it was my cable server. But I have a smaller LG TV which is an 120HZ and there is a huge difference. I think it is against the law in Ma. to advertise it falsely. I am going to look into it further.

I thought I would save a few $$ buying a Black Friday special. The picture was terrible. I have exchanged this TV for a slightly more expensive Toshiba TV. The Toshiba has a much better picture and more inputs so I can attach a DVR. The sound is also better with the Toshiba.

Great tv for price. Poorest sound quality ever have owned.
