I was skeptical when I got such a great deal on this model, but LG is a brand I trust. I have been impressed with how sharp and bright the picture is and most of all how easy it is to get optimal settings out of it. Love playing my Xbox and Blu-Ray player on it now.

Am glad I done my research on 55" TV's and was told by Best Buy Representative that LG and Samsung are the best. Have been extremely pleased with purchased, online experience, delivery guys and NOW look forward to watching HD programs with vivid colors and clarity.

Switched from a 60' Sony to this 55' LG and LOVE it! The size doesn't seem smaller at all. The picture is the BEST, even if sun light is shining in. My fam are gamers ~ we love love XBOX360 & PS3 on this tv! Even watching "non-HD" channels from directv look great.

Great TV for the price, easy to set up, great picture I was very impressed-- Samsung 8 series has better picture but cost 2100 dollars-- I paid 499 for mine during black Friday at best buy -- you can't beat it - Iam very pleased---

Picture quality is very good. Refresh time is better than I expected. I live in an area where there are several small internet/cable providers but the LG improved the quality despite the cable service I have. Proud of my purchase.

I would totally recommend this tv for everyone. It is at an affordable price and is a great home theater system for you and your family. Although I would have to say that the sound can be better. It's ok, but I would probably buy a sound bar to go along with it.

This is a great tv from a trusted brand. The picture and sound quality are wonderful. I love that there is virtually no "frame" around the screen, so it seems like an even bigger tv. Easy to set up. Very light weight. I definitely got a great deal on this tv.

Great fit to our house. the out of the box settings, do not look good until you reset them and remove the economy function (unless you need this setting) - but it has reset or reverted back, but it is not a big deal. Great TV

Got it for $500 on a Black Friday special. It has been excellent so far. There is a lot of adjustability in the menu if you like to tweak settings and a settings wizard for those who don't. Excellent value for the price/size.

Great picture, sounds good. I would have given this 5 stars if it had a few more inputs on it. No side HDMI or component inputs, so if wall mounted and you like to plug a lot of different devices it could be a problem.

Wasn't sure if a 55" tv would make a difference but I'm glad I did it. I was offered free delivered and that alone was a deal for someone like me who doesn't have a vehicle to carry it in. This LG was an excellent buy.

I got a great price on black friday and couldnt say no to it. Lg has always been very good to me. This is my 4th lg tv I have purchased and ive never had any issues when you upgrade the sound with a sound bar or surround. Ill definitely buy more.

I didn't have to wait in line out in the cold on Black Friday. I was able to get the item I wanted for a great price. The delivery was fast, quick and the deilivery guys were very helpful and friendly plus on time!

Early reviews not very good. I think picture quality, is decent. Sound is not very good, but is acceptable. Not having Smart Apps is not a big deal, just connect thru blue ray player. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this TV for a great price!!! It has basic features, but for a bedroom TV, it works great! Can't get any better value for the price and with a name brand TV. Only drawback is that it only has 2 HDMI inputs.

First of all, the price was great. We upgraded the coverage just in case. It seems like the color was great until we hooked up the HDMI cable. I will try to adjust the color brightness Overall we really like it.

I was looking for a TV for a huge living room and I think this Monitor is the best choice. We are not going to play Bluray movies or HD sport channels, we just want to watch a TV with a good quality large screen

I purchased the LG 55 inch TV for my husband and he could not wait to open it. I like the size of the TV but the TV size is not bigger for the size of our family room. The price for the TV was a great deal; which I purchased the blue-ray LG

I bought this TV on Black friday to upgrade my 50" plasma panasonic TV. This TV has much better picture quality but i would highly recommend purchasing a soundbar for better sound. Great quality for the price

I got an awesome Black Friday deal. The picture and sound are great for the kids video games, and it performs well watching sports. If I needed another unit, I would definitely consider grabbing another one.
