Only drawback to the tv is that when you turn it on you always have to have the tv remote to set it to you cable or satellite tv or choose a streming service before you have to switch to your tv provider remote

The controls are easy to use and intuitive. The Best Buy installers were prompt, and very competent and did a great job removing the old set and bringing in the new one. Very courteous and professional. I'm very pleased with the look and the quality of the tv.

The only one so far, when I turn the TV on, I have to wait a minute until I get sound before I connect to the proper HDMI otherwise the TV flashes on and off. And I have to use the TV remote to connect to the HDMI I'm using at the time, even though the cable remote is programed it works everything but that. Haven't been able to figure out how to get a full screen picture without loosing the outside edges of the picture.
