I was excited when I saw the price for this smart tv, so I purchased it with high expectations and was disappointed. The quality of the picture is not good at all.

The only negative with this purchase is the steps you have to take submitting a roku account . No money is needed unless you sign up for paid services. Tv has worked great and was well worth the price I spent!

TV delivered without a box. No manual. Took four phonecalls, a threat to return the TV, and receiving a printout of the 83 page manual. I may have gotten a returned set, or a refurbished. No way to tell.

Only concern is the television has no high definition AV output on back of the tv . Lack of blue green and red component cable outputs is really unacceptable for a high definition tv.

The TV is OK, it's slow when you turn it on but the features are very useful. It's my first time purchasing LG and I think it would be my only time.

ROKU interface, as part of the tv, is great. Very thin and lightweight as well.

Works great! The Roku features are good. Over-the-air works good. My only complaint is it doesn't have component input so I had to buy a component to HDMI converter.

Alls I had to do was plug this TV in, run the set up and haven't had a problem since. The only thing I would change is the remote. For such a good TV the remote is rather cheap.

Great value. It went on sale again and I even got the difference refunded. I wish the remote for my cable box was compatible. Otherwise it is a great purchase

I purchased the TV on the 11th of Feburary, and returned it on the 23rd. It began having connectivity issues then the power supply malfunctioned completely. The TV would power on and off on its own. I also ended up paying an extra $40 to return the TV because I didn't have the 4 screws that hold the stand on. The stand doesn't come attached to the TV, and I wall mounted it straight out of the box. Presumably the screws were lying in the bottom of the box, but I never saw them. Overall it was just an awful experience.

Great value for the price. The Roku feature is easy to use. Lost internet connectivity a few times but I suspect that may have been on my end.

I needed to have Best Buy service department through geek squad come and try to repair the Wi-Fi. I cannot get Netflix or any apps. It is very frustrating.

LG is fantastic at making Tv's they are our favorite brand. The only thing I don't really care for is the remote but everything else is fantastic!

This is a good affordable product with the lower budget range. The quality is better than expected and No complaint. Thanks LG!

We brought this TV home, unpacked it and set it up. It worked great, no problems, no searching the internet for solutions...~;)

I am completely satisfied with this TV. I recommend it without fester action. Very easy to set up Netflix and Amazon accounts.

This is the greatest tv. Everything is right there all on the tv. Netflix Hulu Amazon everything is all 1 click away

I like the tv but after 1 1/2 years the sound messes up, it goes up and down on its own without any help from me.

Great for hooking up to my mobile phone. I only have Internet so it's a great tv for watching shows online

I was super excited when i bought this as i had got a heck of a deal. When I got home and unpacked the TV the screen was cracked. It looked like it had a baseball thrown at it. When I took it back the exchange it for another one they were all sold out. I ended up purchasing a different/smaller TV. For the price it was by far a steal of a deal. Wish I had been able to get the same TV in exchange.
