This TV has 3 presets for picture preference but no ability to customize those settings. Also, if you want to use it without setting up a Roku account which requires a credit card you have to skip setting up the Internet connection.

I'll never buy anything LG again. The wifi went out just after the warranty. So I added a $100 Roku but the tv randomly turns off multiple times per hour.

I had to return this product because of the lines that appeared on the bottom of the TV set. I exchanged it and the second one did the same thing. Not a good product

Great for those cutting the cable

It is, what it is. A bargain priced 55" LED HDTV with innovative design, a Roku built-in. If you're cutting the cord on cable/ dish, then this is a good choice. Picture is good! Not 4K good; but just good for 1080p. Deep blacks, vivid colors, no bleeding from edges. Sound is abysmal! but it's an LED TV, they are all awful. get a cheap sound bar/ or a good one... but if you bought this TV then you probably don't want to spend more money on a sound bar than you did on the TV (right?) The Roku works great, it's smooth, responsive & is easily navigated, and easy to set up. I went from a 240hz refresh rate to this one, at 60hz a second. This one seems to work better, I can't explain it, but the picture doesn't jitter like my last 55" lg even watching sports or gaming, it just functions more fluid. For the money, the size, the ease of function it is a good buy. It may not be what 'You' are looking for; but it works for me... & flawlessly so far. My set up: LG 55LF5700 LED Smart Roku HDTV: Sony HT-CT370 2.1 Channel 300W Sound Bar HDMI /ARC Chromecast, XBox One Roku app on my phone for a 2nd remote Phillips hue lighting

    GREAT PRICE & PICTURE QUALITY!

This tv is a great price quality Smart tv with roku tv included. we had ha d a different stand alone Roku which we had loved for years. very easy to use. all of the bad reviews on here are just silly and un-helpful. I was a little concerned about not buying a 4k tv but I didn't want to spend the extra money. I'm very impressed with he picture quality. the Roku remote is very easy to use but the volume control (which is nice) is on the side but sometimes you hit the mute button by mistake. you need to use your cable tv remote to change the channels. where else can you get a 55" name brand smart tv for about $500? I even clled the LG-best buy customer support and they answered in a few seconds and were very helpful!also, instead of buying expensive tv screen cleaner I just made my own 2 gallons for about $2. just go on you-tube and use vinager and distilled water. Thanks!

Good TV, Remote ROKU not LG.

The remote is NOT LG's, it's a ROKU. There is also no manual with TV, just set up instructions. Set up is simple, TV tells you what to do. The biggest problem was when turning on TV, ROKU home page always appeared. You had to select which input you wanted to watch, not favorable. After calling Best Buy, LG and ROKU, none knew what to do, I took the remote and started searching. If you go to SETTINGS then SYSTEM then POWER. You are brought to a 'power on' selection which allows you to pick where the TV starts when powering on. Working fine now.
