I have been tv shopping for about 4 months now, I had a 2008 lg 55" that finally died and have been using a 32" in my living room. I saw this online a few days ago and went to check it out at the store. Was disappointed that they don't have a display model set up but I took a chance being that I am a lg user and already have a roku in my daughters room, just picked it up a couple hours ago and this thing is sweet, picture and clarity are on par with sharp models, I am a home automation and audio video specialist and after working with all the different tv's I already knew what i was looking for and I think I found it, it's very light so wall mounting should be easy, one thing I will note is you must have a roku account to activate the tv for use. Loving it so far

Easy to set up and get used to. Allows me to stream from all of my favorite sites - Netflix, Amazon, HBO and Showtime. Also offers tons of other content I will check out. Great picture, too.

Bought mine to replace a 50" Samsung plasma that developed bright lines on the screen. Excellent picture quality & brightness. Sound is just fair, doesn't get quite as loud as I'd like but passable... external sound system helps. The best thing though is the Roku... great interface - clean and easy like my old Tivo. Love my Apple TV but this kicks its butt. Accesses my music and videos on my home server better than any device I own (though there are some quirks - ie, won't play an album in order, only alphabetically). I'm hoping this isn't a limited edition kind of thing because I love this TV... now if only there was a way to integrate my cable box...

Love the TV! I've always liked Roku so to have it integrated into the TV is brilliant. Picture looks good, maybe not as good as more expensive models but it was a nice step up from my last TV. The only concern I had was the TV not having Ethernet built in. My old Roku 2 didn't work well with wireless, but the wireless works great on this TV in the same location, so I would imagine the WiFi adapter is pretty strong on this TV.

Roku was down when tried to hookup. But you can go back to beginning of setup and choose the option to set up internet later and use it like a regular TV. Scroll down to this option. Cannot comment on roku/netfliex or other apps until roku is database is working. You enter a code on tv through the website if you use this. But dont have too. Can still use for regular tv. Image is great and highly adjustable. Hope for even better image with a newer cable box. I Purchased with JBL soundbar with wireless subwoofer cinema sb400. It rocks! Shakes the whole house. Cannot use HDMI when pairing this TV and soundbar. Just use optical wire included with soundbar to TV. New jbl bluray WiFi uses HDMI hookup to tv. My current cable box does not have HDMI so having to use av cords until I see if bright house has cable box with HDMI. Bought three HDMI cords only need one so far with three new electronics. Can always take those back. The cheaper insigna HDMI is just fine. Purchased Saturday after black Friday.

Roku is not good. Picture is not good. Replaced it with a Samsung TV

I bought this TV on a doorbuster deal. For the price and quality of the picture it is hands down a great buy. Don't be fooled by negative reviews. TV is very responsive and is of good picture quality.

Simple if you want to use the TV you need a roku account

I'm incredibly happy with this tv. Easy set up and tons of things to watch without cable. Remote is simple and easy to use. Picture looks great.

I don't usually write reviews but after having my girlfriend read negative reviews of this product while I set it up, I felt compelled to defend this product. If you are a cord-cutter, this product is perfect. Good brand, good price, and for me personally, the ROKU feature is worth any trade-off. ROKU and Android built-in TV's are the standard for the future of integrated Apps. A previous reviewer stated that ROKU was too slow. That hasn't been my case at all. I suspect it is that reviewers Internet connection that is slow.

I've had this TV for almost a week and it's pretty awesome. I have had a roku for several years so I love that it's built right in. I haven't been able to find another streaming player that I loved so I really like that. I haven't used an antenna yet for tv but I use roku mainly for amazon, netflix, hulu, etc. I am very happy but I think the remote is weird with the placement of the volume button being accidentally bumped constantly. I am curious to see how it functions when I do finally plug in an antenna and need to change the channels.

I bought this tv for my bedroom and i use a apple tv for all my media streaming. I did try to use the roku just for the heck of it. And lets just say its terrible. Its slow clunky etc. The picture of the tv its good and overall quality is nice, its a good tv just don't buy it if you are planning on using the smart tv functions much.

I was looking for a 48 inch but i ended up buying this 55" LG 1080p,the price was great as well. so far the quality seems to be holding up nice colors, ok sound,

I went into the best buy store to purchase this. The staff was knowledgeable, they matched the .com pricing. set up was a breeze. Picture quality is very good, and it looks really great as the main staple television in our condo.

Great TV for the price. The roku function is well integrated, and faster than I expected. Over the air reception is good as well. Roku has a great selection of channels but it doesn't provide baisc web browsing, one thing I wished for. Overall a nice buy.

Did my research by way of online product reviews and friends/family who own LG TVs, found that LG is a very good product. Easy setup. Picture and sound are great! So far I'm very pleased!!!!

I wanted to upgrade TV. Shopped around for awhile. This was a good amount of TV for the price. I would not mind if it had RCA audio out but understand they wanted to offer the most current technology.
