Really happy with the Purchase. Picture Quality is better than expectations. Tons of APPS downloaded from the APP Store. Totally worth the money

Tv has built in roku menu, which is pretty simple to use, and the additional free roku channels were always welcome, but the tv, if not run on zoom mode onscreen, has a great deal of the screen on all four sides that isnt used. I paid for 55 in. I want all of that to be disolayed with what im watching. Also, sound is ok, but theres a range between about 20- 50, that really doesnt make much of a difference in volume... Other that that, i hear LG tv's are pretty good, so i'm waiting to see how it holds up...

The picture and sound is great . If I had to buy another to for another room , I would pick this item again

I've been using Roku's for years. The Roku hardware in this TV is slow. Worse than Roku 2. I was expecting this to be on par with my current Roku 3. It cannot render full HD video that I record over the air and play through Plex. My Roku 3 does this just fine and my older Roku 2 can do it, but struggles at times. This TV cannot do it at all. Video is slow and poor quality with these video streams. Netflix plays much better on my Roku 2 & 3 than this TV. It's going back to the store as soon as they are open. Very disappointed.

If I could give this a -10 I would. This picture quality is like looking thru cheesecloth at times, the speakers sound like cracker boxes, the remote is like that of a Fisher Price child's toy ie. no keypad very few functions, You have to set up an account to use this tv-not good! Taking this back for a good tv.

Good television with many options for a decent price

we have enjoyed this TV but after just 3 months, we have started to see some changes in our screen. We will be getting it checked out and maybe we will have to replace it. hopefully it was just this one tv and not all these models.

Very satisfied with both the tv and customer service We received. All our questions answered in full detail. We were definitely happy with our purchase and the curtesy we were given by our sales person.

After 2 weeks tv kept powering off then on then off every 20-30 seconds. All cords and Internet fine. When in apps a ghost audio was on from some other channel and then when you went back to cable there was picture but no audio. Took it back and got another. This time it was only one day and the same problem. Hooked up the old TV and that worked fine. Called the Geek Squad and they think it is a software issue. Taking back again and this time getting a Vizio. I understand this LG model is made specifically for Best Buy. Probably costs $50 to make and they sell for $500. Never again

solid tv. i think the sony and toshiba have nicer finishes, but let's face it, i'm not watching the finish.

Was good while it lasted. Most expensive tv I ever purchased and it only lasted me a few years. About 6 months ago half the screen faded and now is completely black.

On the surface it's a good enough looking TV, but there's notable lag within the Roku software. Lag noticed when scrolling through Netflix, and Hulu. The TV will freeze, hang up and just get stuck on a black-looking screen until you either unplug it or perform the soft reset using the remote and it does this a lot. The most underwhelming Roku product is probably the Roku Stick because it's slow, and doesn't have much zip to it. Now think of that Roku stick powering your TV. That's what you're buying, so don't buy it. Roku's shouldn't be powering TV, and because of the issues I've had I'd hardly consider this a SmarTV.

The channels will pixelate and the audio drops out at random. Channels that are not at full 1080 such as 720 do not automatically fill the screen and when set to zoom it borks the 1080 channels. Remote is useless, NO NUMBERS. MUST create a roku account before you can even use the tv. Would make an ok monitor but this is a horrid television.

Didnt last more than 2 years and of course waraanty is done.

Don't buy this tv. The tv screen has lots of little squares on lots of movies. When show is dark no matter what you do to adjust, you can barely see show(too dark). Lots of shows with close up of individuals there is red inside eye. Don't get tricked into buying this for a great price, because it has unclear picture.
