Bought this on sale for a great deal. My only complaint is that there are only two HDMI ports. I knew this before buying. Not the end of the world but other tv's tend to have more ports.

It's a good TV and I have no complaints so far. The picture quality is not as great as my VIzio 4K Ultra but sufficiently good enough for most of the channels broadcast by the cable company.

I love the tv and tv stand I would tell a friend about Best Buy prices so that they can go and buy there thing from Best Buy , I love the price that you have on all of the things in the stors

Like the tv a lot but it has a small problem with the picture....it has a fade in the picture matrix at the center of the screen.....I intend to see if something can be done about it

This TV broke in less than 1 week. Diagonal lines started displaying vertically across the TV screen from top to bottom. The remote also stopped working after 3 weeks of use. Press the volume button and it goes to settings, Press the Home button and the TV goes off. In fact any button you press would display something stupid. The design is the most annoying of any modern TV I've ever seen. Without the remote, the TV is practically useless as it only has power button to turn the TV off and on. No Menu button or any functional button on the TV itself besides the power button. I so hate this TV right now.

Purchased this tv for the basement. Didn't want to spend a lot of money. Great price. Only disappointment is this tv has only one hdmi connection. Otherwise, I'm happy with it.

I THOUGHT I MIGHT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PURCHASING THIS TV. BUT THE SALEMAN DID A GREAT JOB. PLUS WITH THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION, I RECEIVED THE SAME RESULTS. THANKS BEST BUY

My only complaint is the clarity of the picture. It's not horrible but it's grainy at times. However, the price was exceptional.

had a difficult time connecting the equipment. Samsung WAS GREAT WITH HELPING ME WITH THE EQUIPMENT. disappointed THATBest Buy would not take my old TV without a charge!

LG TV's are the only thing we buy in our house bexcuse Life's good and so are their products.

Like the tv itself but not the apps. I also have problems with Netflix. It sometimes closes out as soon as you start a show.

The unit is excellent. We searched around for some bit to pick out the perfect tv and after a great deal of debate along with research we find this unit and it's perfect.

We love this TV. The definition and detail is fantastic. Only issue is the base is very wide so finding an entertainment center to hold it can be a challenge.

Hard to beat for the price. It is great to have the access to input ports on the side of the TV in order to plug in & unplug quickly. Really crisp image too!

I purchased a samsung smart TV year (2015). I replaced that TV with this one because this one is so much faster and efficient. I recommend buying LG any day.

Preferred it for the size. But maybe it is the refreshment rate but it goes through cycles of blur and sharp.

We would have appreciated better knowledge from the staff. After pointing us in no direction we found the deal we were looking for. Great tv great price

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I looked at several stores to compare pricing before my purchase. Best Buy had the best deal to fit my budget

I only rated it 4 stars because I still have to use the remote. When they invent a TV that reads my thoughts then I will rate it 5 stars.
