The TV is good for the price, it was a great deal for that size TV. The picture and sound are about average, a sound bar would really help it. Had one issue with the picture but was resolved and have not had a problem since.

This is a solid tv for the price especially on sale. The biggest issue one may find with it is a motion rate issue especially if you're watching DVDs but Blu-Ray discs look excellent and the smart features work well.

Not enough HDMI ports, and only option for audio out is optical. Not every external audio device connects with optical

I purchased this because it was a Deal of the Day special. I spent way too much time fine tuning the picture. I tried to convince myself that I liked it. I ended up returning it.

I dot like the smart app features are moment compare to Samsung smart TV plus u have to download everything when the make it seem like you'll get the feature directly on television

Nothing amazing about it. It's well priced for a 55" LED TV. Image and features are good. Very easy to set up. Good buy if you are not looking for the latest and greatest...

When I first setup the TV it went fine but just after 10 minutes it automatically stopped and restarted again in another one minute, It happened with me after every 30 minutes. After that when I started the TV after one day coming back from office it was showing me the tilted color lines on screen and lot of disturbance. Have to return this TV. Giving two stars just for the Best Buy support and LG brand value. I have no concern with brand but this item was pain for me.

Purchased on 5/17. Initially sales rep told me the tv was 120hz instead of 60hz refresh rate and was a great deal as it was on sale and I would never find it for $549 again. Unfortunately came home to find out the tv was a 60hz tv. I was severely disappointed but decided to give it a shot. Came home today from work to find no power to the television. Naturally I immediately checked the outlet. TV was plugged in fine. I knew the outlet had power because I was able to power up my sons' Playstation 4. Checked the plug on the back of the TV and it was secure. There was no rain today so I'm pretty sure it wasn't a power surge. Finally, I unplugged the power cord from both the outlet and back of the tv. I plugged back in a got power. My point is for a brand new tv this should not happen. Will be returning tomorrow. Too risky to find out if this will happen again outside of my return period. I think I will stick with Samsung. *** To be fair, the picture quality is not that bad , and at $549 it was a steal but just was not what I was looking for. When I purchased the tv there was none on display and the box had limited information on the specs. Inside the box was worse, only paper in there was warranty info. Had to look up online to find out.
