I bought this TV 8 days ago. Within the first few days I kept getting an input error message saying no signal detected (It wouldn't pick up my cable signal). I called my cable company and they came out, they confirmed everything was good on that end and replaced my HDMI wire. Soon after, I was having the same issue and along with that, it would randomly turn off. So I exchanged it for a new TV (same model) thinking that one was just defective. I've had the new one for 2 days and the same issues just started happening. Not picking up the HDMI signal and randomly turning off. I thought I was getting a quality product with the LG brand, but unfortunately this is not the case. I will be returning the new one for a different brand over the weekend. When it is working sound and picture are great, but to go through two TV's in 8 days I'd say steer clear of this make and model.

This tv was a nice size at a good price but that was all it had going for it. I ended up taking it back after a couple days. I played with all the setting options (picture and sound) and I just couldn't get it to look or sound good. The volume went to 100 and I had to turn it up to at least 80 just to hear it. Although it says it is high def, I never thought the picture looked very good, it was blurry really, even when I had it on HD channels. I exchanged it for a 58" Samsung that was only a little more (about $30) and I'm SO glad I did.

I was totally overwhelmed by all the TVs out there, so I hit a point where I just grabbed this one. I didnt really need a UHD picture nor did I want to spend a fortune. The reviews on this were good and the price was right so I just threw it in the cart. Only 2 ports for device connectivity and at least a 1/4 of the time, the thing just plain wont turn on. I keep having to unplug it and then plug it back in. And there are absolutely no buttons on the TV to use, so you have no idea if its the remote or something unless. I wish I'd have spent a few hundred more and got a better TV for my living room.

LG makes very good products. I have been buying their TVs for over 20 years and the quality is always good. This one is no different.

This is the first time I have purchased an LG TV and while the picture looks nice trying to set it up with my FiOS TV has been absolutely horrible. The TV will not display a basic guide or on demand menu like every other TV in the entire universe seems to show and it's impossible to read the program guide that does pop up. The text that does show is in very, very small font size and it's extremely difficult to read and it does not show you complete listings and is just overall a pain in the butt to set up and not worth the time to save some money. Go get a Samsung TV that is extremely easy to set up and be using within minutes.

I bought this tv yesterday (05-02-16), and after a couple of hours it started to turn off on itself. I called LG Costumer support, but they were not able to correct the problem. A technician is coming tomorrow. I"lll keep you updated. everithyng else looked good.

This lg tv comes pre loaded with apps. You cannot add other apps that are not pre loaded. Do you want internet access with the $500 lg smart tv that u bought? Sorry, an internet browser is not included with the pre loaded apps, nor can u install a web browser. Check out the questions and answers section for this tv on the official lg.com page.

I never write reviews but this Brand is one I would recommend you stay away from. Initial TV picture was terrific on first day. Second day 1/2 the picture was darker than the other 1/2 of the screen. Could not be fixed and not worth a replacement. Get what you pay for

I bought this tv 3 days ago, I installed it on Mother's Day. This morning it kept shutting off, I turned it back on several times and every time it would take about 2 secs for it to shut off again. It would not stay back on no matter how many times I tried. I returned it this morning.
