    prior to this LG TV I had purchased 2 Phillips brand from Walmart. Both tv sucked were delivered broke. I swore to never order electronics from Walmart. Best Buy's was great. Delivered TV and endured it work. Love the TV, wish it was 4K, but that's the only downfall. I researched several TV's, LG AND SAMSUNG get the best reviews.

    Replaced insignia Roku tv. The picture isn't as great ( not 4K ) but it is more stable with the apps vs. built in Roku.

    Darron was helpful, patient with us and answered our questions, even explaining things to us more than once. I was reluctant to come to Best Buy but he proved me wrong... we would recommend Best Buy to others. We did buy a 55" LG TV.

    I usually purchase Samsung, but this tv was on sale and is going to be included in the sale of my property in a year or two. I haven't adjusted any settings as the colors, etc. were good right out of the box. Was also able to mirror my Samsung tablet to the tv. Overall very happy with the purchase.

    Only complaint was my own fault for not checking. I’m hard of hearing and this model does not allow me to change the audio setting to hear dialogue easier; it only raises and lowers volume. May try an external sound bar.
