Keypad is tedious

OK big screen TV.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good picture, but for some reason, when ever you change channels, the top 1/4 of the picture is in a dark shadow for about 10 seconds before it clears up. A little disturbing. Also even though Geek Squad did my set up, the TV and surround sound system are not linked as was the case on my previous TV. Now have to turn off both independently, instead of the main remote turning both off.
