This is my first 4K + HDR TV and it is amazing. The built in apps are easy to use. I purchased Chromecast Ultra to view 4K which does have a noticeable difference from 1080p HD. Settings are helpful and easy to use. I am a fan on the smart viewing settings based on content along with the power saving options.

I've been looking at this particular LG TV model for some time. After my old LG TV died because of a lighting that hit nearby, I finally got the chance to buy the new TV. It has the right features and screen size and it just happened to be on sale when I needed it most. It turned out to be a very good choice.

My wife and I are delighted with this 55in 4K TV. Would love to have an even larger version, but don't have the space. Procurement was super simple; ordered on line and picked up at store. Assembly and connection was also easy. Could have used a few more instruction on TV set up and options, so stumbled around a bit trying to decide settings. Still not convinced I've got the best audio configuration.

The picture is excellent. The 4K technology is amazing. Set up was far from easy and written instructions apparently do not exist. We could not get our DirectTV remote to sync and LG was of no help. DirectTV walked us through that process and it was an easy fix. The one problem with Best Buy is that once you buy something from them, you are totally on your own unless you buy a Geek Squad contract.

Great tv for the price . Good picture and the cursor option on the remote is nice.

I do a lot of research when selecting the tv I wanted and I have been nothing but pleased with this one. it is very appealing to the eye and looks very sharp in my living space. it has been a great product and goes above and beyond my initial expectations. I would highly recommend.

I ended up returning this television and getting the Samsung ks8000 instead. I think the Samsung has better depth and picture but the LG has a great remote (operates like a mouse) and menu - very easy to use all of the smart features. And the picture wasn't bad - it just didn't have the cinematic feeling of the samsung.

This tv has been perfect for my needs. At first we thought it wasn't bright enough when the room got dark but we realized we just needed to play with the picture settings and were able to brighten up the picture. Online access is fairly simple and you can cast your computer to the tv as well.

This is the first LG television I've owned. I have 4 Samsung's spread throughout the house. The BB sales person recommended this set over a comparable high-end Samsung primarily because of a $200 price difference. It has everything I was looking for and I've been very pleased with it so far.

Beautiful picture, easy to set-up. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

This is my first 4K TV and I am very happy with it. The built in Netflix app at 4K looks incredible and I am looking to add an UHD Bluray player at some point so I can truly experience the full 4K with HDR at a high bitrate. Nice loud and clear sound from the built in speakers as well.

Great uhd 4k tv. Price is second to none but the quality is as well. Don't listen to anyone tell you sony is better. This tv supports both dolby vision and hdr10. Sony is just now starting to support this for a heck of alot more $$$. Trust me this is a premium tv a a bargain price.

Excellent tv, love the hdr capabilities and that the full potential of the tv isn't even utilized on most available streaming rates, very little 4K content offered in general so I think I'll appreciate this tv for all it can do when mainstream content is available in at least 4K!

After researching LED televisions to death, it was between this LG and the Samsung SUHD tv. Decided to go with this LG over Samsung due to what I feel are slightly deeper colors and the WebOS platform. In my opinion, this LG has the very best picture of all televisions in its class.

Great picture with some fine tuning. The options to adjust are there if you know what your doing. Which I'm still learning. Initially there's allot of updates when your online at setup. Everything went real smooth as long as you follow the manual. The picture is great and the sound volume is adequate. I gave it 4 stars because I'm still adjusting the picture.

I did lots of research before buying this TV. I had expectations and this product exceeded them by far. Pros: 1. Easy to assemble. 2. Easy to operate. 3. Great picture quality. 4. Wonderful sound out of the box. 5. Great OS, easy to operate and built in features like, BT, Wireless Screen, Internet etc all work great! Cons: 1. Non really but i would love to see a more accurate pointing system when using the remote.

After my projection tv failed after 15 years (bought it at BB also) I was ready for the latest tv. After a year of use I can recommend the LG model. Although my exact model# has been replaced, it's successor would provide excellent picture quality as well.

The picture quality is amazing, and this is just viewing upconverted material. Also, and very soon, I will be investing in a new 4K compliant reciever. So my viewing experience can only get better. Excited with the anticipation of watching the Bears upcoming season. The service at the Best Buy store, in Vernon Hills was also outstanding. Unfortunately I do not remember the two young men's names who assisted and advised me. They patiently explained all aspects of the TV. From HDR to using the proper HDMI cord, I understood all of the TV's functions. With this great TV and surround sound system, I'll close with, LETS GO BEARS !!!!!

This is the 2nd lg tv we bought. After looking into reviews and doing my homework we decided to go with this tv and we have no regrets. This model actually out shines Samsungs tv's in its class. Only problem is there's only 3 hdmi inputs other than that this tv is no joke

Don't listen to some of these folks reviews on here. The vertical lines are the dimming lights u can change that but it doesn't bother me. Besides that this TV Is the truth and love the featues. And plus I caught this TV on sale and the hdr is awesome and dolby vision
