Great TV. Refresh rate for sports is very good.

I have also gone for the higher refresh rate, in this case the TruMotion 240 because I watch a lot of sports and do not see the "drag" with this technology that I see on other TVs. I like the operating system the TV has as well. Once I turned off the energy savings "features" the picture stays crisp and clear.

Great bang for the buck

Dark Picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a high opinion of LG products and watched a great picture on a 'lower' model so was excited to get this TV home. Unfortunately the picture, while amazing, was dark....really dark. I tried a number of different settings and modes, but no change. Based on LG's reputation and viewing their other TVs, I'm going to guess it was just this set. Regardless, it was returned for a different brand.

Great tv

The fact that this 4K tv is HDR10 and Dolby Vision compatible will really pay off in the future when more 4K material is released.

Great picture, but some issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My first impression of this TV was very favorable, but within a few hours the picture began to cut in and out and have severe artifacts when the picture was even available. I tried different HDMI cables, and switched satellite boxes, but the issues persisted. Not sure what the overall problem was, but opted to return the set. If you get a good working set, you can expect a great picture I think, but unfortunately i had a defective set. I would have exchanged it for another unit of the same kind, but ended up getting an OLED for a great price on an Amazon Deal of the DAY.
