A ok 4k t.v for the price. I never could get the picture sharp enough after playing around with it for a week. So i returned it and purchased the samsung 8000 series 4k t.v

It is super thin and a beautiful picture. The smart tv interface is very easy to use

Not a great tv, the picture isn't usually that good, the color has to be adjusted frequently for it to be a good picture. Just not happy with this purchase.

This TV is great just wish I had some 4K content .Had bought a Sony and had bad light bleed exchanged it for this so far a is Greatness. Colors aren't oversaturated like other TVs it's more of a natural look.

Unit failed while under extended warranty (4 years). First a white dead pixel within months of use, then complete failure before the SuperBowl. The extended warranty should have been a no-brainer, but after several calls (centers in Missouri, Ohio, and Indiana) & e-mails, we learned that the Geek Squad would not attempt to resolve the issue (extended warranty is entitled Geek Squad Service Plan) and that the third party insurance policies had been sold and were being "adjudicated". Third party repairman was scheduled & began the work only to later learn that the warranty denied them to be paid for the repair. Repair shop understandably stopped work. Over 16 days to review the claim and authorize a repair/replacement is ridiculous. Beware of the extended service plan. It is clear that the intent is to run the customer around until they become so confused & frustrated, that they give up. Of course all this would not be necessary, if the original $1,200 television was of sufficient quality to last more than a few months. It is very disappointing that this is becoming common. I've personally experienced this with 2 Samsung units (48" & 42") and this 55" LG.

Not great in Dark/Bright room, blacks are really dull. not sure if there are specific setting we need to use. (Have tried all settings available)

Excellent picture. Geek squad did a great job on installation.

The natural stuff like grass and skin tones are perfectly realistic, while anything colorful pops just nicely. Fantastic refresh rate - can't make this tv blur if you tried! Perfect contrast lends itself to natural and beautiful colors. I went back and bought a second one!!

awesome tv best i have every owned, picture quality is perfect

I purchased this TV on November 25th, 2016 and exactly 3 months later the tv turns on but only shows a black screen. None of the features are available. I would have never thought that a TV such as this would have any issues only after 3 months. I've purchased cheaper televisions that lasted longer. Very irritated that I spent all this money on this TV and I did not purchase geek squad from Best Buy because I expected this product to last a lot longer than it did.
