This tv rocks! The colors are very real and natural. The hdr and 4k features make this tv stand out in a lineup with the top tvs of this year !

Out of the box, this TV was great. Picture was good, refresh rate was great, and startup time was minimal, overall no complaints. About 45 days after purchase, a panel died, which left a 6 inch vertical stripe from top to bottom. No excuse for a product that cost over $1k.

TV Will no longer boot up past the home screen. LG customer support has been less than helpful, because the warranty is expired. I bought this tv January 2016. You would think when you spend that kind of money on a tv is should last longer than just past the warranty expiring.

Very impressed with my new LG 4K Ultra TV. The colors are better than I have ever seen. The features are very helpful. I am overall extremely happy with this purchase!

DO NOT BUY THIS TV! I regret it every single time I use it. Looking to replace it asap! It has very poor picture quality that shows vertical and horizontal lines that are most visible during light colored scenes, menus, etc. I called LG customer service about my issue and set up a service call. The repair person came out and said he could see the issue. But as part of his "process" he was on the phone with LG and did some type of video stream thing with them and my issue was deemed "within spec". Their is no way this is normal! And it's sad really because I actually like the tvs looks, styling, menus, features etc, but what good is any of that if the picture quality is junk. I feel like LG hasnt and won't stand by their product.

Starting getting lines in Tv after 30 days. Contacted LG and they told me its more than likely not covered, said I probably damaged it, considering that it's been in the same spot since we got it, not sure how that could be. Gave me a local service rep. Had to contact multiple times. Set up an appointment and they never showed. Called LG back again and they gave me 2 other service reps to try. One said I would have to bring it 30 miles to them just to have it looked at. The other service rep is atleast trying to help. My Tv is now going on 3 weeks of on and off use. It started with just a few lines, if you turned it off for awhile, it would work again. Now it happens all the time. So I basically have a non working Tv that I'm not sure how much it is going to cost to fix.

well worth the $$$..,only downfall is the stand, isn't the strongest...get a wall mount

Bought this tv in 2017 and barely 4 years later it stopped working. Seems like TVs I had in the past lasted longer than that. A bit disappointed in LG and this product. Guess I’m shopping for a new one sometime soon, not LG for sure

It was recommended by a Best buy sales associate, but ended up exchanging it for a Sony 4K TV.

I cannot believe people find this set acceptable! I have disabled/enabled LG's sad excuse for "local dimming," still just awful vertical lines with very obvious panels being lit up in dark scenes. The light bleed is absurd and I would never recommend this unit to anyone! Also during certain scenes of color, as the camera moves around, you can see vertical lines where the color doesn't match. The black and gray uniformity is almost embarrassing; tons of clouding with dark/light spots. I will say that the smart remote and Web OS 3.0 are freaking killer and if they could make unit like Sony's X850d with those two things, it would be the best of both worlds. Best advice: don't get this TV...or any LG TV if you want quality in this size/price.
