This television is a great buy. It has several Ultra HDMI ports. It has a very good picture. It also has Netflix and other programs built-in. Great buy for the price we paid.

This tv is excellent. Excellent picture quality. Very sturdy back panel. Very nice looking cabinet. It has a nice strip of chrome/silver low profile boarders. The edges of the boarders are flush at each corner. This tv is great for viewing if you like a lot of lights on. It doesn't handle a dark rooms very well. The black levels are grey. if you like gaming and watching moves in low light don't get this TV. If you view in a environment that has lots of lights and you like sports this tv is for you. also the viewing angle is excellent. i returned this tv for the Samsung ks 8000 55 in. i like video games and watching movies at night. this is where the Samsung beats this tv. This is a ips panel and ips panels do better with colors in bright environments. the Samsung is a va panel and it does better in dark environments.

The picture quality is great! Works great in my living room, we watch Netflix through the TV and have had no trouble. It's a great buy & love the the stainless steel trim.

Need d a new tv for our bedroom. Must say this one is perfect! Beautiful picture for casual tv watching, colors are great. Love the shape of the tv and how sleek it is.

Short of jumping to an OLED screen at more than twice the price. I think this is the best 55" TV on the market. This LG is very crips, has great depth and black levels. The interface is easy to use. My only complaint would be the fact that it only has 3 HDMI inputs. Especially when you want to push 4K Ultra content. You want to connect as much as you can directly to the TV. And most people (including me) have more than 3 devices connected to the TV. So, I have my non-4K devices plugged into my soundbar and then run the soundbar into the TV> Then, my 4K devices are plugged directly in. Not optimal, but it works.

Great picture with bright, vivid colors and good contrast. The Smart TV features are cool and the remote is easy to use. Comparable quality to more expensive TVs.

Great tv. Super easy to use, can do just about everything and the picture is great. Buy one. My last LG tv lasted over 7 years and counting. They make great tvs.

It makes old movies seem like they were just released. Picture quality is great. Was easy to set up and connect to wifi. Just have to get use to the remote.

I wish I would have bought this sooner. The color is amazing and the picture is incredibly sharp for a screen this size. The remote is also a huge plus.

The smart remote is user friendly. Picture is top quality. Got a sound bar to complete the upgrade. Have been Samsung loyal but price point was $200 less through online sale and quality comparable. Consider the kicker was smart remote made a difference. Suggest go into store and doing demo. Also considered Sony but price was even more above Samsung for comparable quality/features.

Excellent TV for the price. Easy to set up and connect to multiple devices (e.g. DVD player, sound system). Easy access to Netflix or other apps.

Lack of content out there is a problem in itself. I liked the TV for the most part but I cant understand why I couldn't turn it on even with a speaker placed slightly in front of it. It needs to be clear of any obstructions unlike competitors TV's. The TV has a nice picture to it but it was to entry level for me considering the TV's I usually look at. It's probably the cheapest TV offering high quality HDR on the positive side of things. You are getting your moneys worth considering no one offers HDR at the 799 price point wait until it goes on sale and snag it you shouldn't be disappointed.

Very pleased with my 55" LG TV. Service representative at Best Buy helped to pick out the one that best suited my needs. Outstanding picture and easy to use. True to life color. Liked the Geek Squad too

The picture is unbelievable, so clear and life like. Set up is easy with plenty of features. The best purchase I have made in a while hands down.

This TV has the clearest picture I have ever seen. Bought this for its super slim size but love it for picture quality, easy of use and set up.

While it's not an OLED, this TV is amazing. For the sub $1000 price tag, I got a 55" 4K TV with HDR 10 and Dolby Vision! The picture is crystal clear, and even the sound isn't bad (which is saying a lot since most TVs have awful built in speakers). If you have a device that plays HDR content (Xbox One S, PS4 Pro, 4K Blu Ray, etc) do yourself a favor and buy this TV.

Was reluctant to purchase 4K until it had been out a while longer but found features easy to use and picture quality is unbelievably good
