On a Side note, BEWARE... that Best Buy has changed their Return Policy to 15 Days unless you are an Elite member and that's after spending $1500. Not Good Best Buy.... TV is Average, I got it at a Good Price. Good Web OS but not with the remote that comes with the TV. Emailed LG to see if they have a different Remote and still no response and its been a month since I contacted them. Screen Mirroring is OK, but sometimes hard to discover or to connect to. Tried to Down Load Apps so that I can use my phone as a Remote. No Luck there either. This Model is not supported. Just My Luck, I got the same exact TV as Gift too, so now I have 2 of the same Average TVs.

Great pictrue with great sound, with very easy setup

We upgraded from a 47 inch 1080p to this 55 inch 4k model and are very happy! It really doesn't take up much more real estate in the room than the older 47" did. The picture quality is fantastic, even with non-4k sources. Audio is not as good as our old set, but still adequate. All in all, a super value for what we paid!!!

Looked at a bunch of other TVs of similar quality and size, this one turned out to be a great buy. Good picture, good sound and very easy to set up. If you're looking for a mid priced tv with a great picture , this tv is the one.

I had read a few other reviews on this TV before I bought it. But I'm thrilled with it. The picture is wonderful. The user interface is great. Most important to me is that I don't need a separate sound system to hear it. My previous TV had to be keep at 80 plus to hear it with this one i can comfortably hear it at 15.

Great Tv easy to use beautiful picture great price

Was looking for a 50 - 55 inch TV with great picture quality. Salesman told me about the current price of the LG 55 inch and I was sold. Very happy with picture quality.

The LG - 55 inch Smart 4K has been great so far. The images on the screen are very vivid with Blue Ray disks and HD TV broadcasts. The sound comes out the back because there isn't any where to place speakers on the front. The salesman recommended a sound bar but I am trying to connect the sound to my stereo system.

Because of Best Buy's great sale price we were able to upgrade to a UHD Smart TV. The picture is fantastic and the features are easy to use. We easily mounted it on the wall and with the feature of being able to adjust the sound for wall-mount, the sound is good and we have not needed to add our sound bar. When UHD becomes more common we are ready to go, meanwhile we are thrilled with this TV which is our second LG TV, added to a growing list of LG products in our home.

TV was an open box item. Was purchased to replace a 51 inch plasma tv. Great picture, colors come out really defined and sharp. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I have had a Samsung tv for the last 10 years and Ive always been happy. This time around this tv was recommended by the sales associate when i was shopping around and I have to say I am very happy with my purchase. The picture quality is great!

We have been using this TV for just under a month now, and could not be happier with the purchase. Quality is outstanding, and smart TV features are easy to use. We had previously had - and LOVED- our Samsung TV, so we were sceptical about switching brands. But, this has turned out to be a great all around TV.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE PLAYING VIDEO GAMES THAT DEPEND ON YOUR RESPONSE TIME! I am a relatively poor college student. I purchased this for $700 over the Black Friday weekend. Seeing as how this TV is usually double the price I paid, I thought that it would be a good investment. I planned on using this TV to stream videos, play on my Xbox 360, and play games (Dota 2, Dark Souls, Battlefield, etc.) on my PC. The TV works perfectly to stream videos. 720p, 1080p, and 4k videos look amazing on the screen. However, when I connect my PC or Xbox 360, there is a noticeable amount of lag between my mouse movements and what I see on the screen (about 0.5 second). Turning off true motion and a few other settings seems to help improve this issue but, it does not stop it entirely. It's enough to deter me from playing anything other than casual games on it. That said, the sound quality of this product is just okay. If you can, I recommend purchasing a sound bar.

I got this TV with the awesome deal where Geek Squad mounts the TV with the purchase of the wall mount. It was a wonderful upgrade from the 32-inch we did have. My husband loved his Valentine's Day gift! It shows a wonderful picture and I love that it is a smart TV and I can watch Netflix or YouTube videos.
