I love the TV's sharp clear picture. The size is perfect. The price was a great value compared to the other high end TV's I was looking at. Best Buy delivered, setup and attached my devices at no charge as well as taking away the huge old TV we had.

Was looking for a new 4k tv & was shopping around specifically for a sony as I've been a huge fan of sony tvs when I came acroos this one. It was $500 cheaper than the sony & $200 less than what i was willing to spend. I decided to go to my local best buy & check the quality out before buying & was aatonished. The resolution is amazing. Has built in 4k upscaling along with the 4k & since i only have basic sd channels that comes in handy as those look better than when i used to have hd cable. My movies look amazing & even my games (ps4 & xbox one) look better & sharper. Add in the fact that its a smart tv which i didnt even know at time of purchase ( dont know how i kept overlooking that on the spec sheets online) & its a real winner. If you're looking for a 4k tv dont count lg out. What they are doing contends with other manufacturers at a lower price.

Great picture and sound. It does ehance your 1080 HDTV and really shines with Netflix in 4K. Only negative is the remote with the FF/pause etc at the bottom of the remote. This is a 55 inch and clear over 45 feet away. Great tv and set up is easy !

I took advantage of a discount after a relocation and needed a new tv for the house. Perfect timing and great tv. Easy setup and picture has great clarity and depth. The Smart TV options are great also. Would recommend if they are still in stock.

We originally had a Vizio 60" Smart LED TV but due to power outage, it stopped working. Got this TV on black friday deal, and even though its smaller, its way better! Love that you can download apps and the 4k is awsome. Great TV for the price :)

Being this is the first time i buy a 4k tv, it has been a really good experience so far. Great display for ps4 and amazon firestick, and is user friendly. The only negatives are: that it does not pick up the signals for the hdmi's right away, you have to wait until it picks up the signal, so you will be waiting like 5 seconds, and that this TV is a dirty snitch, I shared a movie from my cellphone directly to the tv (as i used to do before with my other samsung smart tv) and i was not even five minutes into the movie when i got an email from my internet provider telling me that i was sharing pirate content, it crushed my soul and I died a little when i knew that whoever you trust more, are the ones to betray you. Good tv overall

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TV TO SOMEONE THAT IS ABLE TO GET THE ULTRA HD FEATURE FROM THEIR SERVICE PROVIDER. I WAS UNAWARE THAT AT&T DID NOT OFFER THIS SERVICE, SO I RETURNED THE TV FOR A LARGER TV WITHOUT THE UNLTRA HD FOR THE SAME PRICE. EXCELLENT PICTURE & CLARITY.

I've had this tv for a few years now. Holding up pretty well. Great picture but confusing on how to download apps. It may be a bit out of date with how fast new ones come out. My Xbox one and ps4 look great!

So far this television has been great, the sales person who helped me was very informational. The picture is great and the features as well, I already own an LG 47 inch and I loved it before buying this TV. Highly recommend this to customers.

TV has a great picture and the WEB OS interface is easy to use. Some of the programmed picture settings are a bit weird. The cinema setting turned the Avatar characters green rather than blue. However, using standard or vivid (a bit to intense) got them back to true cor.

Bought this for my sister and her family and they love it. My niece convinced them to join Netflix as a result of the smart apps that came with the unit and they have been using it non stop. Picture is very good and the wireless works great

We need a larger and good quality TV for our living room to replace the 15 year-old Sony. And after I reviewed many makers and models, we have decided this is the tv we are looking for, it has all the features we needed and especially the price just fit in our budget.

I love this TV! The picture looks like you can touch whatever your watching. I got an amazing deal when I bought it! If your looking between 4K Ultra HD and a regular HD, get a 4K. I had a HD TV and the 4K Ultra is 100% better. LOVE my TV!

I love the picture on this tv, and the whole buying experience at best buy this time was great. They are getting better over there! That was the fastest amount of time that I was in and out of there and I even had a no hassle price match.

This is my first flat screen tv i have been waiting until the price drop's to purchase one. And i'm glad i brought the lg TV the picture is clear it is like watching a soap opera I'm still learning the remote and like the sound and quality

This TV is a great tv and a great bargain for a 55". I purchased when it was $699 and I am very pleased so far. The picture is great, quad core processor runs all apps with ease. Would recommend for anyone looking to upgrade to a 55" tv.

bought this tv during the thanksgiving sales. set up was done by the wife, done quickly. picture quality is very good. audio is also good. for the price, it was very good value.
