    I believe I received great value and quality at an excellent price. But it was not just the price the best buy service was extraordinary. From the customer service representatives on the phone to the guys who delivered, set up my TV, move the old one and took an even older one to dispose of everyone was genuinely helpful, pleasant and professional. Thank you. This is an uncommon experience in the day.

    I really like the TV but the 4K UHD makes some programs look like they are spanish soap operas. It is weird and hard to explain. Sports look great.

    Finally got rid of my tube tv for one of these. Decent flat screens were too much, so I waited for price to come down. Love the upconversion on this unit. Watched a vcr tape with composite input, and even it looked amazing. Built in Netflix is a big plus for our family as well. Was scared due to low price point, but has been amazing!
