Great picture

Set-up was a breeze, four screws secure the two legs to the base of the unit. Plug it in, follow some instructions to set up the basics and you're ready. The sound is ok for a TV but we did add a soundbar system.

No booklet came with tv for set up, display, audio effects, no help from the 3 pieces of information that is on those pages. Had it delivered and they had a bad time just hooking up to the Internet and handed me the remote n said ENJOY?! Seriously no troubleshooting, nothing to help you to learn how to make the most use out of this beautiful TV!

Nice TV but not what the hype is about

My husband and I talked with the sales associate for a while and asked a million and one questions trying to decide between this ultra HD and just a regular smart HDTV Vizio. We purchased this one after the sales guy sold us on the awesome picture. We took it home and our older TV seemed to have a better picture than this one. We messed with all the settings and kept it for almost 2 weeks trying to get used to it. Come to find out, the stores have these 4k tvs on a loop displaying the ultra HD picture. The sales associate failed to tell us most TV providers do not offer 4k channels. Eventually they will, but as of now ours doesn't. We took the TV back and exchanged it for the Vizio and had the same sales guy. We explained our frustrations and he admitted to us the picture would not have the same quality as in store as he had promised before. Long story short we exchanged for the Vizio and we are so much more happier with it.
