Purchased this TV for it’s smart capability. Very satisfied. Apps are relevant and useful in menu. Remote and menu for tv is very easy to understand. Great for people who are learning to use new technology.

I have to admit we haven't hooked our TV up yet. Our current tv is going out but is still working ok and we just haven't tackled the install yet cause we don't know what to do with our still working 55" non smart flat screen tv.

This product was easy and quick to set up. The picture looks amazing and supports all the components well that I've hooked up to it.

This is a great TV very clear picture and love that you can watch Netflix and Hulu and vudu with just a click of a button!!

The only thing better than the TV, was the service, our salesman went above and beyond to make sure we bought the right TV for our use. We came in 3times, each time he treated us like we were his only customer.

The TV with webOS really has a smooth interface. I have enjoyed using Netflix, YouTube, and connected media via my Network Attached Storage (NAS) device. I have no complaints. This is an easy TV to recommend.

So far everything has worked well except the screen mirror application unsure if my phone is the issue or the application it worked great the first time I used it but since then not so much. I will keep trying though. Otherwise luv it

I loved the workers there and the help I received. I was helped within a timely manner and even when my TV was stolen after I purchased it from another gentleman at the door they went and got me another one

Not sure of the Motion rate since the screen refresh rate was slow and noticiable, Less Apss as compared to other brands, the TV stands were at the corners so needed big TB table

The TV seems to be ok. We have the 3D version of this model in our living room and felt it was good enough to purchase again as a gift for my son when he moved to his new apartment.

Love the new TV. Make sure you have an HD hookup for your cable otherwise you aren't getting the full value of the TV.

This Smart TV is easy to use and has great 3d effect. It is amazing to watch sports on or play video games. Excellent graphics. Only draw back I wish I had researched more as LG tracks and retains information through the Smart tv.

Overall, I am satisfied with this television. My previous LG flat screen was about 8 yrs old and had a glare resistant screen which I was told I wouldn't need with the new technology but I haven't found that to be the case.

I only gave 4 stars because the remote doesn't already have the keyboard to type easier and faster. Other than that great picture.

Bought this TV on Super Bowl Sunday on a whim. Salesperson was great and TV was on sale for an amazing price. So easy to set up and love this Smart TV. My 4 yr old operates it with ease as well!!
