All of the rest of my TV's are Samsung, so I was leaning that direction for this purchase as well. However, I also have a pair of 24" LG monitors for my computer, so when I saw this LG TV at such a good price, I decided to give it a try. And, I'm very pleased! Not sure what all of the complaints about the remote are all about, seems fine to me. The Smart TV functions were easy to setup and are easy to use and access. And the picture looks amazing!

My new TV works fine and the installation was not a problem. Sometimes the workings of the TV are confusing to us older people but we are slowly getting to know how to use all the equipment.

Excellent picture quality. Easy to set up. Problem free in the 2 months we've had it.

The TV is AWESOME. Its was on sale for $500.00 off and at the front door when I came in store. Someone helped me put it in my vehicle. The entire experience was GREAT!!

the picture is not the clearest. At first we tried to use the HDMI 1 port through our Time Warner box but it would not work, so we called the LG customer support and said to use the HDMI 3 port. Why it wouldn't work, no one would tell me nor could they. There was no owners manual to work off of, everything is online now a days I guess. With 120 motion rate I expected better. My neighbor has an old Samsung LCD with 120 motion rate and his picture is clear as I have ever seen. For a 4k UHD TV I just expected more and it has not happenned.

I bought this tv based on the great reviews it received. This TV is wonderful! Easy to hook up to the Internet and streams flawless. Very happy with my purchase :)

This TV is sharper than my knife! I love looking at it! 4K is way better than 1080p

I didn't realize what I was missing in my viewing pleasure of watching movies until I upgraded to a 4K smart TV. I had bought a 55 inch TV about 6 months ago from Best Buy and I knew it wasn't top of the line and it wasn't a smart tv. I wanted to get rid of my fire box so I researched a 4k smart tv and you had the LG 55 inch 4K smart TV on sale and I knew I had to buy it. I am so glad I did!

solid picture but unfortunately the webos doesnt update so i lost a few apps.

This television is perfect for watching sports when i have my friends over.

Gal @ service center was fantastic!!!!! When I ordered, they were all sold out, but she did some checking and found out there was still one available.

Great clarity. Only issue is w/ some of the apps that experience "DNS Error" and fail to load, specifically the Amazon Video app

This TV is everything I could ask for considering the price. The only down side is the speakers don't getc very loud. Other than that no complaints.
