Tv has meet our expectations. It was easy to set up and very Easy to use.

Easy installation and very good picture so far. One observation is when watching movies, the picture appears unique such that people and motion appear zoomed and takes some getting used to. I've tried all the various settings including the zoom option. and cannot get it to look normal. Has also lost the wifi settings several times and had to re-input the network and password info. Other than that no issues.

Great TV for family .i like it and i recommend it.

Was surprised to learn from the person who did the initial set up that Comcast and Direct do not offer 4K ULTRA streaming in the area that I live.

This isn't a "high end" TV but it is a great UHD TV for a great price.

Reviews were good. Set up by Geek squad was great for all settings and it has worked well for two months. Connection to Internet was easy later.

I like the TV and the apps it has., but it makes a sound if u have the volume on high.

We have had Sony and Samsung TVs and really spent sometime reviewing all options before purchasing another. We don't really use the TV as a smart tv but more for traditional viewing. The TV is very sleek, the picture with HD cable is excellent. A huge advantage is very nice volume without any additional speaker systems. Would definitely go with an LG again.

Plugged it in and it works perfectly. Easy to operate and no problems so far. The clarity is incredible. Love that it adjusts to the lighting.

I love the size and the quality performance of the smart features.

I was skeptical on purchasing a 4K UHD, however this TV has changed my opinion. I enjoy my Televison so much that my neighbor had TV envy.

this tv is clear and crisp when it comes to the picture. exceeded my expectations and the 120 hz trumotion is not choppy like my lcd 120hz.

I bought this TV a while back and it has been nothing less than great. It was my first Smart TV purchase. The picture quality is great. I sometimes see an error wherein the web browser crashes and says out of memory, looks like a software issue but i guess it should be the case with majority of the Smart TVs.

Iam really enjoying my smart Tv. Still learning the many things that it does . Wish the remotes lit up at night. Overall it is a great tv for the price range.

I have been a fan of Sony hit after visiting my parents and seeing the resolution of their LG smart tv I decided to try and buy my own. So far I'm loving it.

Couldn't be happier with this tv. The apps that come with the tv are the best. I love that I can use the internet with very fast speeds

Not a techie but this was easy to set up and the Best Buy sales person was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful.

Enjoying this TV but had problems with setup that required Geek Squad help. Paid an extra $150 for that help to only discover that if you didn't have an LG DVD player there is a conflict with a factory setting on the TV. It took the Geek Squad over an hour to discover this relatively simple conflict that he quickly fixed. Best Buy should make sure to fix that or give customers clear instructions on how to do it themselves. Not happy with the extra cost. But great TV.
