Died after a dozen uses

So, the tv has only been used a dozen times. But now it won't even get past the LG logo screen that comes up when it's turned on. I can't even use my BluRay player on it. I'm very disappointed in this product.

LG is the new Samsung competitor

Pros are excellent picture, and smart bar os2 , quick startup , great color saturation , depth almost 3D like without glasses,sound is better and more dynamic when using you tube or Netflix, Apple TV, ? Odd , when viewing true 4K tv is outstanding and I'm completely satisfied and and a super deal this 65" at bestbuy was a dream. The cons few but last week saw some jutterimg with fast movements but I did play with settings to tweak and now it's gone , The only flaw I've encountered was losing Internet and several times I had to put in my network password to get my internet working , I even bought an airport express to boost signal but it still occurs , The sound on cable for me is subpar as I have to crank it up even with ambient noise in room I need to raise volume . If your streaming sound is fantastic and surround sound explosive . I do recommend a sound bar for regular viewing , I use my surround sound receiver. The remote is average but wish it had backlight to see better , some glare noticeable from my ceiling fan light. Overall you won't be disappointed as this tv I expect to sell for 2,000 and it's a steal at 999. Run out and get this for Super Bowl while they are available .Hope this review helps shoppers.
