I love the online browser.i can get on the internet without my computer and also view from a large screen

The only problem I gave is that it is difficult to use the number pad and scroll between channels faster.

Awesome picture great UI when watching 4k the experience is like the movies. Couldn't be happier with this product.

The large screen is perfect for viewing. You do not need glasses. It is so clear.

Ok. Color and clarity are great, but there is this weird distracting 'bounce' of the picture at the top of the screen. It's all channels and streaming. Others have same issue. No known fix that I've found.

This tv has a great picture. The problem is that the OLED panel is very sensitive to burn-in. I have the word "NETFLIX" burned into the lower right hand corner. Also bands on the lower screen from MSNBC. I had the screen shift option on the entire time I owned this TV.

Picture does not get better than this, just wish the sound was as good.

The TV has so far lived up to the reviews and advertisements. Easy to set up easy to operate. Picture is great. No complaints.

I am blown away by the picture of this TV but the problems I've been having outweigh everything. Every so often the smart remote resets itself and then I can only turn the TV on and off, can't change inputs, can't change the volume. At least with my set top box remote I can change the channel. I contacted LG and they gave me instructions on how to reset the remote which I had read online and which worked after I added a random step of pressing the scroll wheel. But then it went bad again in a.few weeks and not even the joystick button on the TV would work except to turn it on or off. What a dud for a $2000+ TV. So I just talked to LG again and they said it was because my magic remote reset, maybe because my batteries were low. I told him I just changed these on April 20 and every time I get my TV working after changing batteries and randomly pressing buttons it only works properly for maybe a couple of weeks. He had me pull the plug out, take out the batteries in the remote, and hold the caption key down. That worked this time. I'm really nervous that one day this reset won't work and I'll be stuck with a TV with only one volume and one input. The weird thing is when the smart remote stops working so does the universal remote from my cable company. The LG rep says both the Tv and Remote are complicated so I should expect glitches.

When I originally purchased this tv I was initially really pleased, however I came across an occasional glitch that distorted and left awful artifacts in the picture when using it for more than 30min at a time. After troubleshooting for days it was ultimately determined to be defective and so I had to return it. Thinking this was just a fluke on an otherwise nice tv I naturally replaced it with another. I am however, a couple months later now finding that the replacement tv has a broken port in the back that I had not previously used until recently. This is just shoddy quality assurance, things like this should not happen back to back. Given I had not used this port for so long I have now passed the return date and am now stuck with such a frustrating issue that should never get past testing.

Beautiful picture, easy of SMART Tv functions! The downside? I should have gone larger!! Oh well, next time!
