Good picture, internet functions are a hard

The internet connection and use is a little difficult. Had a hard time getting a wireless keyboard to work. The Geek squad finally fixed the keyboard but the mouse was a problem. Overall, its a good TV for the price.

Picute is great but beware of screen burn-in

But after two and a half years, the screen is burnt-in. This is the first time we've had to replace a TV because of burn-in. The TV is not on for more than 2-3 hours a day. The majority of the time, it may be tuned to a news channel with a fixed box or logo (e.g. CNN, MSNBC, Youtube). All are permanently burnt in on the screen. We don't have or never had an issue with LCD, plasma or even going back to tube. Very disappointed.

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this TV 11 months ago and I am extremely disappointed with the picture quality and service. First issue: Best Buy loaded the wrong TV into my car and I didn’t realize it until I unpacked it. It took them over a week to correct their error and made me feel like I was in the wrong. Second issue: my TV constantly freezes and then skips frames. The picture quality is poor even though it has been professionally calibrated. The professional that calibrated it agreed that my $599 LG and $899 Samsung have a much better picture, better colors and clarity. I’m extremely disappointed this TV didn’t even last 1 year.
