Easily the best TV I have ever owned. The details on this TV are off the chart. Best black levels I've ever seen. This TV is a must buy if your into great realistic picture.

When asked which is the best tv the associate pointed to this one. If it wasn't for his excellence customer service we would've gotten something else of lesser value.

Screen has a burn at the bottom....My favorite news channel name is burned across the bottom of the screen. I have it on few hours a day while doing chores around the house. This happen just 2 years in, after the warranty expired of course. I do not recommend.

I've owned this t.v sense 2017, bought it to place in the living room. Warranty ran out about 6 months ago and now we're getting screen spots and shadows. You pay 2 grand for a t.v you expect the screen to last more then 3 years.

It is really awesome. Only problem I have had is with all the light in my room I sometimes have to reposition my blinds to avoid some wavy screen glare.

We bought this in November. In May, the dark colors were blurred and the screen had a white horizontal line in the middle of the screen. Contacted LG who referred us to University TV Service for repair. It's now the end of October and we are still waiting on the repair.

I am totally enjoying my new OLED tv. I have never experienced a picture as beautiful as this one. It was definitely worth the price.

The colors are so natural. You feel you are part of the scene.

Warranty doesn't cover this, beware of this.......

I am very satisfied with all three of the LG tvs I own, 2 in Georgia and 1 in Texas. All were purchased from Best Buy.

Nice tv. Don't like the sound however and options are very limited. Instruction manual lacks information.

I am home quite a bit and decided I wanted the ultimate viewing experience. It definitely delivers!!!

This is my 2nd 55 inch OLED...the other one is a 1080...love the 4K upgrade...LG does it right with the best picture....easy to access settings...intuitive interface, etc. The high dynamic range processor does make a difference.Great packing by LG! Only negative-I like the simplicity of the magic remote with my 1080...this has too many features crammed on it that I cannot or will not use...also, it is difficult to hold...

We purchased this TV at a discount which we were told was because of missing parts i.e. 3-D glasses, which they subsequently found. So great deal, right? No! We have realized that the screen has a burnt-in image of LG and other lines and shapes which are noticeable on everything we watch! We would like to get a replacement but it was discounted so...we are SOL! Can't believe they discount a damaged TV and we were the suckers that got stuck with this. Never again!
