This tv is working perfectly in my home, everyone love the curve and best for the kids.

I had last years model and this one has new features and a fix for the arc hdmi port.

The tv is great but is supposed to be curved and 3D it has the 3D button on the remote but when we press it, it does not support 3D, and the tv is not curved.

Bought this SOLEY for use from my PS4 Pro, the LAG input is unbareable. It's at like .42, you can buy a samsung for about 300$ less, and an input of around .18

We LOVE the TV! Great picture! Not happy that Best Buy did not give us the rewards we should have earned when we spent $3K on a new TV. We signed up for rewards when we purchased the TV. But it wasn't until 2 months later that we figured out we did not actually get the points. After calling customer service, they told us it was too late (past 30 days)...therefore we couldn't claim the points. Too bad for them...will probably shop else where for my new IPad Pro.

This TV is susceptible to image burn and it is not covered by the manufacturer. We watch the NBC Today Show every day and now the arches of the show logo are a permanent image on the screen. After researching online I have discovered this appears to be a common problem with this TV.

Wasn't planning on spending this much on a tv, but glad we did.

HD is great. Some channels have a line at the top. Intermittent white lines across the screen.

It costs a lot. Not sure if it is worth the costs.

I recently purchased this tv after returning the Samsung ks8000. The samsung was nice but I wasn't happy with the build quality. The back panel is notorious for separating after time. Also I wasn't too happy with the overall picture quality. The 55oledc6p was completely the opposite. The picture is great with an awesome contrast ratio. I use the isf bright setting in the day and isf dark room at night. I didn't have to adjust the settings at all. The game mode setting looks great without any picture degradation like other tvs. The hdr game mode lg did is awesome as well. The input lag is a little higher than vizio or samsung but not noticeable at all. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price dropped in less than a week of buying it. I wish best buy would keep us more in the loop with email updates. Other than that if you're looking to purchase a new tv this is the way to go. Especially since the 2017 oleds are coming out and are normally priced very high. You won't be disappointed with this tv at all. With the inclusion of dolby vision you have a future proof set that will keep you satisfied for years to come.

Ok, I had an older TV that worked just fine. 36 inch HD flat screen. I was not in the market for a new one, that is until I happened to be walking through best buy for a new printer after the one I had died. I happened to walk through the TV area and saw this beauty and new I had to have it. It is simply the best TV on the market today. It is comparable to when HD first came out. The switch from standard to HD was phenomenal. It is similar. The switch from HD to OLED is comparable. When I first brought it home and set it up it was amazing! You literally can see the pores on peoples faces. Much better than a plasma. The color ratios and true blacks are above and beyond what I was expecting. When it first switched scenes in a movie and went black I was wondering if there was something wrong with the TV. It literally went total black.I thought I had accidentally shut it off. Streaming 4k through Netflix over the internet is awesome! However, 4K is not available through most TV providers. It has to come over the internet and this is a smart TV, so there is some content out there. Otherwise, don't let it dissuade you from purchasing this TV. Well worth the money! Being a 55 inch TV I thought it would be much heavier. I had no problem lifting it into place. Not very heavy. The edges are so slim it is almost like the picture is just hanging in the air. Very nice! I researched a lot of TV's before I actually purchased this and managed to get it on a black Friday sale. The price dropped substantially when I bought it. The compassion to other TV brands, simply put, there are some nice looking TV's out there with comparable pictures. I bought this simply because of the maintenance factor. I kept reading about too many other problems with other brands. LG is at the top on the care free mode. You won't regret buying one. Simply amazing TV!

The TV had burned in LG logo after a few months of usage. Called Geek Squad support a few times on this and they said they don't cover it.
