Poor Customer Service by LG
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought at Best Buy on 6/16/17 and delivered on 6/21/17. Opening box, there was no stand inside. Contacted LG customer service and told it would take 7 to 10 days to get it. Hope the television is better than LG's customer service.

Life Changing!!

Not much 4k content out yet but even with the up-scaling of 1080p looks great, and the 4k content is unbelievable. It also pairs great with my LG sound and has very easy to use interface.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hi, I purchased this TV 3 weeks a go, and no doubt picture is amazing with one HUGE glitch.... Reason i give 3 stars because everywhere this TV get amazing reviews so i don't want to be moron(otherwise i will give 1) but i have problem with picture a lot of judders or how you call it. (When object or person move you see trail behind him)Try every possible setting follow You Tube recommendations for this TV but i have feeling this TV have problem with that. Issue isn't constant but many times during a day. Anyone has same problem? And if you can give me advice what to do I would appreciate......And person in BB actually point as strength no Soap opera effect no Judder the best tv for Sport .... So maybe i have bad tv but any way any help is welcome but just to remember you again guys, I tried all possible pictures settings changed HDMI cable ...Any other "secret" setting:-) Thank you

Green spots

It started with two spots on the bottom right corner, which I don't love by can deal with, and now everything in the center looks greenish. I have had cheep TVs that have lasted me YEARS without any problem but I buy a very expensive TV that is supposed to be "one of the best" and it starts having problem less than 3 years after purchase.
