A great picture and some much stuff in it it’s smarter than most people

My purchase experience with Best Buy was flawless. Everything was very simple and no guess game. the smallest details were provided within minutes of clicking the button. The delivery was also very very good.

Great television! Quite an upgrade from my old one bought in 2011.

Installed by geek squad, can’t get the tv to work correctly with my Spectrum remote. They did something wrong. The LG remote is very difficult to understand and use. Geek squad didn’t show all the features of LG remote. The picture on the tv is good once it starts working.

Great tv good sound and picture.the kids love it.it is easy to change channels and the additional free channels are great8

the purchase process was not good. the first sales person didn't know much and kept repeating the same thing until I walked away. the second person was knowlegeable and answered all my questions but said I had to talk to their "LG expert" who seemed knowledgeable but couldn't find the model we wanted in thr warehouse even thought the second person saw it in the warehouse. Ended up purcasing another TV which we don't like, the picture quality was much worse than the old TV

Set up was very easy. It worked will with Xfininity.

Still figuring out all the features. Takes awhile to know how to access the different apps.

I like the TV but sometimes it just its own thing. Still learning about it.
