The picture quality is good, and it is user friendly. The negatives are that the volume is not very loud, and it stops to buffer occasionally while streaming live sporting events despite excellent internet download speeds. I have another LG TV in a nearby room that never stops to buffer using the same Wi-Fi router.

Good cache/memory (when internet went down, was able to keep playing netflix show that I was watching for more than few minutes)

I am hearing impaired and was concerned about the sound but the sound is great, will go as loud as I want it!!! I am very satisfied with my LG 55".

The pointer was fun to use to navigate faster. Connecting my phone through Airplay and connecting a soundbar was easy.

Color good, sound okay but like most people we have a separate sound system. Gave 4 stars because you have to agree to certain privacy things I would rather not agree to in order to use the system.
